X-emp: were you actually employed by Handspring? I thought they farmed out their cust serv.

Lightbulb MY THOUGHTS

OKEY SO IT WAS LATE AND i WAS LOOSING MY MIND!!!!!

I have seen this type of person before!!! And they can never give the type of help that we are looking for. I am looking for insight on the future. If I wanted Customer Care, I would call customer care!!!! the call is an 800 number, what can you do for me that they can't? Are you that special!! What do you know about the TREO (looks Sweet) give me all the techie mumbo jumbo "I want it all"

well, it's $20 bucks per incident call after 90 days, so I'm thinking "free help is better than no help"
