Null Modem adapter

Got a question. I have a Neo with serial cabel and I am trying to connect to my nextel I-90 with its pc interface cabel. I have purchased a null modem adapter fom radio shack.. I only remember it showing 1 set of pin crossings on the back of the box. I am not able to get it to work. Does any one have the correct pinout configuration so I can creat my own?
