Unhappy Yada is Nada ... Again??

Is it just me or did YadaYada stop working again as of last Friday?? I now get an "Error 3" in the Minstrel software indicating that the service is not authorised to access a particular subnet.

I am in Southern California, but am curious if anyone else is seeing similar behaviour elsewere around the country.

That doesn't necessesarily mean they are out of business. Figure this, they are simply a reseller for Verizon and AT&T. The reason why they are able to post benefit such as no roaming and unlimited access is because of the amount of accounts they have.

I had the problem before, it is simply an IP registration issue. If you can get a hold of Eric, I am sure he is more than familiar with the issue.

However, I left a message with the company to change billing information a long time ago. Thanks for the post, I remember that they haven't called me back yet.

Billing errors

I also had no connection on Monday morning. I called, and promptly they told me my expiration date of the credit card had changed. I gave them a new number, they gave me a new IP address. Done and back on, better than ever in 10 minutes.

I'm in L.A. and have had no problems (other than crappy reception in the beach cities, caused mostly by NIMBY and a lack of towers).
