cannot delete EM2 movies from VPL

Whenever I HotSync my VPL, old mini movies from my EM2 still keep downloading. Even if they have been deleted a long time ago from the handheld.

I checked the onboard and EM2 module memories and can't find the files anywhere. The old and deleted movies do not seem to be taking up any space but I'm really curious (and worried) where are the files coming from whenever I HotSync?

This is highly unusual. Do you use a third party sync conduit like backup buddy? Do you have any other memory modules. Have you hard reset lately or made any (palm desktop) user name changes?

The EM2 (module) doesn't have memory of it's own. Try your resets.

If these don't work then sync to backup your data. Make sure you've deleted the EM2 database files from your (desktop) user backup folder. Perform a hard reset.
Disable the EM2 conduit in your hotsync manager settings. All other conduits set to 'desktop overwrites handheld' (one time action.) Hotsync and check out the EM2 slideshow now. Should be empty.
Re-enable the EM2 conduit for future syncing/.pdb <-> jpeg converting. You should take a good look in your back up folder if the movies do reappear after these measures.
