It's not one that I've ever seen, but it looks fake. Notice 1) how the disk looks like the floppy
2) the proportions are wrong
3) the lighting is weird..

It was a mock-up of the original minijam, which was to use SmartMedia before they changed to MMC.

It never really existed with SmartMedia storage, not in production anyway, maybe as a prototype.
