I've recently had a problem where the screen stopped working (ie. lost it's touch sensitivity - but it powers on and the buttons work). I took great care of my Visor and had never dropped it so I was very surprised with the problem.

I now have a new replacement and want to avoid that from happening again. I've read some other posts from people with similar problems and would like to know if the following makes sense.

My theory is that since I use a Palm leather belt clip case, everytime I press the clip to put on or remove from my belt, it was putting pressure on the screen. Although the case has a hard backing behind the clip, putting squeezing the clip puts general pressure into the middle of the screen. After months of doing this, it just lost it. Anyway, just in case, I now have the Visor facing out so that the back is against the clip.

From what I've read in other posts, it's most likely that the cable detached. Not your fault or the cases, it just wasn't securely inserted.
