Ok. Now i know you can change the volume for the headpiece on the visorphone, but when i did it, it was completely by accident. I ended up lowering the volume to the headpiece and would like to turn it back up. Can anyone help me out?
Thanks in advance!!

The only volume control I am aware of is available when you are in a call. Press the up or down buttons on your Visor. There doesn't seem to be a way to change the volume unless you are actually in a call, though.

On a related subject, is there a microphone built in to the headset that comes with the VP, or is the headset just an earbud speaker? In other words, do you need to hold the Visor handheld up close to your face to make yourself heard?

The earpiece that comes with the VP is a combination of an earbud speaker and an in-line microphone. It has a little clip that you can use to clip the cord to your shirt, making sure that the microphone stays in the proper position.
