If you stuck one of these belt clip 'buttons' onto the front of the plastic visor cover, you could have yourself a pretty cheap way to carry your visor on your belt...

When my Shocksuit broke, I did basically the same thing but with on of the cheap plastic belt clips you can buy for a cell phone. And I stuck the nub onto my deluxe slip case. Worked fine, but it wasn't really what I wanted....I was just waiting for my Slipper to get here.....

I dunno... the idea of carrying my VDX around without some kind of padded shock protection scares the bejeezus outta me. Way too easy to inadvertently knock the unit off your belt... I'm so afraid I'll be careless with it in its unprotected state, I even tend to get a bit nervous just taking the darn thing out at home to hotsync! (Wish it were as hardy as my old Sharp Wizard) I'd suggest attaching the clip to the deluxe padded case as suggested above, rather than to the hard plastic cover...

I did something like this, however, I felt that the clip pulled too hard on the leather of the slipcase (it was starting to sag).

So I cut a piece of plastic about the size of the visor and glued it to the slipcase (using Household Goop), and then glued the clip thing to the plastic (using Plastic Surgery). And now I have a terrific belt clip case/holster. The Visor has never fallen out (it has been about 3 months now).

And I thought I was the only one sporting a "custom" belt
clip.My solution was very similar except I salvaged a clip
off of an old eyeglasses case.This does seem to be a temp-
arary solution, though.I'm kinda leaning towards a Cobra
case, for the moment. Bob

Yeah Bob,

I just got my Cobra and love it...they shipped extremely quickly and the product is quality. I recommend that case before any of the others I have tried.
