Outlook Express trouble...

I can't get my visor to check my mail on OE. I use a network to get my mail. IMAP4 type i believe. the instructions said i needed to set OE as my default device for use with my handheld, or something to that effect, and i can find no such option.

any help would be appreciated. i also tried it with outlook and had no better success.

Go into Ineternet Explorer. Click Tools and select the Programs tab. Specify Outlook Express as the email app and all should be fixed.

I don't think the software that comes with the visor is able to download imap mail.

but.... make sure the conduit is set up correctly.

I've never managed to get the visor to sync with anything but the pop inbox in outlook Express. If somebody has managed to get folder trees to sync, I'd love to know!

Dunno...never used it personally, but the bit of it I tried after installing it for one of the bigwigs had a lot of flexibility from what I saw (v3.7 IIRC).
