 Serial to USB

Visor Pro with a USB Cradle and charger. My PC at work is running Windows NT which doesn't support USB. I know most adapters work with a serial cradle to the PC's USB port but I need the reverse. Are there adapters available or should I consider a new serial cradle?

You're going to need a serial cradle or cable. There's no adapters that will connect a USB device to a serial port.
