My Vaja has been on back order about 3 or 4 weeks. I also had sent a couple of emails and got no reply. However, when I called on a couple of occasions, I at least got good answers (don't like the answer, but they gave a thorough answer...). Basically, they are waiting on a shipment from Vaja, and said they can't ship what they don't receive.
I did receive the following email this week:

in the latter part of that same week. While we had planned to have these cases available much sooner, we can only ship out what is provided to us by Vaja.
