How do I sync 2 visors with the same user?

I have 2 visors and occasionally switch between the two. They both have the same content however one has a medical database and other related programs while the other has a few games installed on it. I want to keep these separate as far as what programs are installed. But keep the same data for the date book, phonebook, memo, and todo list without overriding what I have previously entered. What is the best way of accomplishing this?
