If you want to get through fast call @ 8AM EST to beat all of the left coasters. I just called and got through on the first ring...YESSSSS! My orange VD has been sent to shipping...YIPEE!!!

I called about 10 minutes ago (12:35 est) and got a CSR within 3 minutes. She was able to look up my order (horray!!!) and told me it should be sent within 10 days and I should be getting it in about 2 weeks.
