Until yesterday, my Visor was syncing just fine. Suddenly, yesterday, I get this message:

"X: the connection between your handheld computer and the desktop could not be established. Please check your setup and try again."

I went to the HS site and did all their suggestions, but still no dice. Any suggestions?

I'm using Win98 SE, USB cradle.

Try old faithful in this order, trying the hotsync between each step.

1) Close Hotsyc and restart it.
2) Do a soft reset on your Visor.
3) Reboot windows.

Thanks.. that worked.

I noticed a number of posts in other forums that mentioned problems syncing after changing the batteries. That was the only change that precipitated my problem, too.
