Is it possible for someone to take a locked Visor, hotsync it, and use a hex editor to find your security password? Can you even hotsync a locked Visor? I could test it myself, but I figured I would ask here first.

You can not hot sync a locked Visor. It is possible, I believe, to hard reset a locked Visor or Palm which of course results in the loss of all data. I won't post that info here but this would only occur if the unit was stolen and then you'd probably be more concerned over replacement then loss of passwords etc. at that time.
