merging expenses from visor to excel

When I sync my data and try to create an expense report for mileage and dollar expenses, I get two problems:
1. Duplicate entries
2. The detail for each line item is not displayed.

I'm trying to use this to report expenses for my taxes, and don't have the info stored anywhere else. Please help! Thanks!
