need start address for NEO ROM transfer

I have a multilingual NEO (means, I can choose between English, French, Italian, German or Spanish after hard resetting it) and want to transfer its ROM to my PC.

When I try it with the instructions found on the WWW I get a 2MB file which POSE can't execute. It says the ROM image is invalid and then "dying like a dog".

I assume the NEOs start address is just different. Does anybody know the correct value?
