Question

Has anyone purchased Quo Vadis from Macrosoft.com who is NOT using a GPS receiver? How are you using it? Do you find it productive?

For those who are using Quo Vadis with the HandSpring Visor, what GPS receiver are you using? Are there any on the market? What are your recommendations?

Thanks!

Talking I love it!

I am using Quo Vadis on my Visor Dlx. I don't have a GPS yet. So far it is very, very good. You choose what maps you need to download based on where you are planning on traveling. That way you don't fill up you memory with unnecessary maps.

The speed of re-drawing maps is quite quick. Other programs are very slow. Go to Palmgear.com and read the other user comments for those that are also using Quo Vadis. Many of them have used several different programs and so provide useful comparison comments.

The documentation on how to use the various features could be better. The latest version does not even have any instructions yet. However, it is very easy to figure out.

The "looks" of the maps are rather plain, but that no doubt helps to keep the speed fast and memory low. Again, I love it.
