As a rookie PDA user and new Visor owner, I have a quick question for the veterans out there: just how durable is the screen on Visors/Palm Pilots?
Will it survive a short fall? Will it only break with a direct impact? Will leather cases provide sufficient protection, or do I need to stick with the Visor cover or another hard cover?
Any war stories out there?

No direct impact!
Don't sit on it!
No twisting or bending!
No sharp, hard objects!

Seriously, the LCD is glass. Plastic is only the top 'touch' part.
Just think you walk around with mom's most expensive wine glasses in your pocket.

I know the issue of various plastic coverings for the screen has been dealt with, but has anyone tried "the Resolution" being maketed at Palm HQ--it's a liquid that supposedly reduces friction and protects the screen. Since I have no visor, I can't check it out on my own....
