Question

My memos used to sync between my palm desktop and my VDx but they have stopped. I can't find any obvious setting to turn memo syncing on/off. I've removed all hacks and did a soft reset but still no update. Not only do new memos not get synced, but memos that have been synced in the past are no longer being updated. I don't see anything about memos in the log, nor are there any errors in the log. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Go to your HotSync "custom" section, selct Memo Pad, and make sure it is set to synchronize the files.

Exclamation

That's the problem. Memo pad isn't one of the options under custom. I have mail, date book, address book, to do list, expense, mobilelink, install, install service templates, system--but no memo pad. Any ideas how to get it back?

You should install the software on your hard disk again. I had this problem with outlook and after re-installing the software every thing is okay.
