I just got my visor yesterday after too long of a wait and was very excited. Unfortunatly, after going through the stylus calibration, the general preferences screen popped up without being asked and stays up. I've turned it on and off, taken the batteries out for about a half an hour and done a hard reset or 2 and yet I'm always greeted with the lovely general preferances screen! Any ideas. Help! I'm excited to finaly get to use my machine!!
ps I'm calling HS tech support too.
