I am using Pylon Pro - and everything seemed to be working fine - it would sync up. Now, it connects and hangs up on trying to "identify user" and will not sync. Sometimes if I rebooted the PC it would work, but now it does not sync at all.

Please help...

You appear to be having the same problem as several others of us. Check the other threads. I have a new cradle on the way from Handspring.

I don't believe it is the cradle because my colleague is using the same cradle without any problems. I ended up doing a hard boot :-( and reinstalled pylon and it works again.

I want to know what went wrong so I don't do it again.

It stopped working completely again. I have tried everything, and still does not work. I have tested the same cradle with a friend's visor on the same machine and it works like a charm.
