i just got a replacement VDX three weeks ago.
And i had to hard reset it three times already. that is because the words and images on the screen get choppy and i cant see them or make oout the words? its is angering me cause every time i have to hard reset it i was not carrying my back up or i wasnt near my computer! UGHHHHHH!
i just want to know why this is happening and if i can fix it. Its so odd why this happens. its always at random, i turn my vdx on and i look at the screen and cant read it or make out the icons.
Some know why i would apperciate it if you can help!
