New Stowaway for Visor Deluxe will not work

Help!

My husband has a Visor Dx and I recently purchased a stowaway keyboard for him. I have followed all of the installation instructions and I have downloaded the most recent installation software and drivers from Targus' website. I cannot get the Visor to recognize the keyboard at all.

Suggestions?

have you tried this?

enable the driver, turn the visor off. connect it to the stowaway and turn the visor on.

i got caught by this when i first started using my stowaway with my platinum.

do you have another visor to try the keyboard with? if the other visor doesn't work, you might have a problem with the keyboard.

IT WORKED!

Thanks, imabug. How could I have overlooked such an easy fix? I must have installed and reinstalled the software a dozen times. I probably spent two hours screwing around with that last night.

Check ThinkOutside for driver

ThinkOutside, the makers of the Stowaway, have a more recent driver on their support website.

careful - I had problems with the newest version of their driver ( the one with the cursor ) when using a backup module, edge, vdx all together
