Nope. Each phone has an individual ID called an ESN (End System Number, I believe) that uniquely identifies every phone in the world. In order to have two phones work identically, they both have to have the same ESN and phone number. However, in order to route calls to the proper tower properly, cellular providers need to keep track of where a given ESN is. Each time you power up/make a call with a phone it registers itself with the network, and overwrites the previous registration (this is a gross oversimplification, but you get the idea) so even with two perfectly identical phones (from a network perspective, model doesn't matter, just ESN and phone number) only one will ring.
Does this make sense?
