The key is to make sure you're using the right user profile when you're entering data into the Palm Desktop application. Before you enter any data into the Palm Desktop application, make sure this box shows the right user name. How does Backupbuddy deal with multiple users?

BackupBuddy allows multiple users, but their, "license policy is that one license entitles a user to backup one organizer."
