Sounds like you should have gotten a TRG/Handera to begin with. TRG/Handera has always been promoted as a business-oriented solution. As much as I want a wired/wireless Ethernet module, I can see that it's largely a niche-oriented product, that niche being technophytes and business power users. Far more people see the utility of an MP3 module or Eyemodule than an Ethernet module.
As for customer service/responsiveness, I don't think you can expect corner-store service from a Walmart-like company. I think the personal touch is something you inevitably lose as your business grows.
