will prism charger work on neo

I was in CompUsa Saturday and I saw a charger - it came both in a wall charger and a car charger that was supposed to charge the Prism through the eh, what do you call it? (the contacts where it connects to the USB cradle) Would this charger work on the Neo or would it fry it, etc.?

The Neo does not have the internal wiring to allow charging.
