Question

I have heard about this type of springboard being developed, its just that as of late I have heard nothing about it... is it coming out? Is it that OmniSky pager? If so does anyone know the rates they charge? I'd like to get a pager and would love for it to fit on my visor =P...

thanks.

Exclamation

first of all, this topic should really be in the springboard section... james, where are you?

second, the infomitt pager by globalaccess is shipping. it's a one-way pager. the @ctivelink two-way pager from glenayre is not available yet, but looking for an august release. plus theres a ton of wireless modems announced, but who knows when that'll happen (check out the soundoff this week -- i'll let you find this one on your own ).

anyway, this is all covered in some detail by james and co. in all of the articles posted last week about pc expo.

hope this helps.

Question

So has anyone actually *used* an InfoMitt yet? If so, please, please, PLEASE post your impressions! It *might* be exactly what I'm looking for but with the lack of info on Global Access' web site, there's no way to be sure.
