Hey there... I had been having hotsync woes almost since I got my Visor. I had tried several of the fixes that had been posted but not of them worked for me.

I finally figured out what my problem was, and although it turns out to be simple I figured I might as well post it to try and alleviate some suffering from my fellow Visor Users.

As it turns out my Visor just wasn't sitting solidly in my cradle. I guess over repeated use the connection just got a little soft. I had been putting it in the cradle and I though it was seated squarely, but as it turns out some additional slight pressure and reseating has me syncing flawlessly everytime now.

It's a simple fix but hopefully it will reduce some aggivation that someone else is having. I know it was driving me crazy.

I tried EVPlugBase and it goofed up my HotSync; I had to reset first and all that. Once I deleted EVPlugBase, HotSync was back to normal. (It worked flawlessly on the Visor, but interfered with sync for some reason.)
