I just updated to OS 9.0.4 and since I am unable to sync (connection is lost after few secondes). Does anyone have the same problem ?
By the way, I noticed a software update for the Palm Desktop on Handspring's site. I checked it out and it doesn't seem to be an update at all !
Any ideas or comments?

Same problem here. I called Handspring and found out that there's an issue with OS 9.x.
The current "fix" is to delete the entire "Backups" folder in your Users folder of the Palm folder.
Then you can sync. It does take awhile because the Visor backsup it's ENTIRE contents again. I haven't tried setting the backup conduit setting to "do nothing" yet.
