I've loaded several pqa's to use for financial use but they only seem to show up in the delete file - is there any light in this tunnel?

You will need an application to handle the pqa files, they will not show up with the 3.1 OS as they do on a VII.

You need the Surewave Browser (formerly the JPS PQA Browser) to make use of the pqa files at all due to the 3.1 OS's lack of support for clipping apps. But the good news is they work pretty well with the browser.
