If you're referring to the Memo Pad that's part of the Palm Desktop, check your HotSync settings to make sure the Memo conduit is setup properly. If it's another application, you'll need to give some more specifics (such as the name of the application) before any other help can be offered.

Right-click on the HotSync icon in the system tray (lower right corner of the screen). Select "Custom..." from the pop-up menu. This will open a dialog box containing the current conduit settings. Look for "Memo Pad" (or "Notes"... I forget what it's called since I don't use the Palm Desktop) and make sure it's set to "Synchronize the Files". If it's not, after you select it make sure the "Set as Default" box is also checked.

Lightbulb Reinstall Palm Desktop.

Hey,

Try reinstalling it won't hurt...what kind of computer are you using?? Are you syncing with any other conduits?

Before doing a full reinstallation, try the HotSync "rebuild" option. The steps involved are detailed in this thread.
