Has anyone had any luck what-so-ever with HotSyncing by USB on a Win95 OSR2 with the latest drivers?

nope, ended up spending the 70 bucks and upgrading to 98. it's more than buying a serial cradle, but the advantages are worth it...
98 has some cool features
USB is faster
don't have to deal with handspring CSR's!!!

Ok, that's sounds like a plan - I already have the 98 Upgrade, I just don't have any way to back up my hard drive until I pick up a CD-ROM burner.
Thanks for the advice!

The problem with USB under Win95 OSR2 is that it wasn't fully implemented (I believe the specs were not set in stone at the time). So only a subset of USB was included. Hence, it works for a few peripherals, but not for the majority.
