Nhatman,

I don't think so.

I think the only way to conserve battery life is to turn down the backlight (and possibly turn off beam receive).

Of course, you might find that a black background allows you to comfortably view light colored text with a lower backlight setting. So you might get an indirect savings.

Hey, Dave, it's been 5 whole days (that's cinco, to our Latin buddies), and no new snappies? Are ya usin' the old snail-snappy-method (film)?

Sorry for the inordinate delay. I've been sick. Would you believe I got chicken-pox!.(no pictures -of me- forthcoming)

To answer two of your earlier questions-
ActiveSky Media player looks great. They even have a version specifically for the Prism - v2.02, build 24

Movplayer - Fails miserably. I get "Fatal Alert" - Fatal Exception [Reset] - and I have to use my reset pin to restart my Prism.

I'll try to get some shots of ActiveSky & Avantgo this weekend.
