Make sure you have the latest Desktop..
download from HS. V 2.6.1
Dont use the desktop that comes in the CD - its way outdated.
Palm Desktop only installs 4 extensions (3 USB and 1 Menu). You should try turning off each extension one by one to see which one is the problem.
Frankly, I think the problem is more likely with another extension that is conflicting with Palm USB and nothing to do with Airport (more likely the Ethernet related extension). So another thing to try is to restart with base 9.1 extensions and then turn on the Palm USB extensions ONLY (leave the Menu extension turned off) - see what happens.
If none of the above works, a Clean System re-install may be the only option!
