Unhappy

As I was following my girlfriend up a flight of stairs this morning I though it would be funny to tease her butt. Just as we were at the top of the staircase I reached out to grope her butt and as I did she swung her arm to slap my hand away, however she ended up hitting my right hand instead of my left hand. My blue visor went rolling down the stairs. I though that I may be in luck as it had only fallen 6 feet. As I picked up my visor I realized that luck was not on my side today, but a good lesson was learned.... If you are going to be groping any butts be sure that your Visor is tucked safely away in your pocket.

Yeah! My luck she'd punch me in the chest and mine would end up like yours!

Seriously, that's a big bummer... I always fear that something like that will happen to mine. Now, I have a little more peace of mind with my Shocksuit...

Maybe Handspring will look past your groping and replace it for free (your only human, right?)

will it be an open or closed casket?

Check with Handspring and see what can bee done, I have heard of people getting new screens and installing them by themselves.

Yes, contact Handspring. I have heard of people getting a free replacement even when it was the damage was their own fault. Haven't heard of any groping stories, but I'm sure they will help you out.

So, you didn't even get a feel of her butt before she knocked it to the floor? Bummer.

Hey if the internal componentry is busted. Can I have it? I like to take apart electronics and stuff! I am nutz! BTW from the pic it looks like it suffered, I am sorry.

PS seriously if it is busted, and you want to give it up email: [email protected]

Lightbulb

I was thinking about what to do with it.. The internal components are all fine. I have decided that I'm going to order a Visor Solo($149) and swap the screen from that with the broken one in my Blue VDX... Also because the little tabs that hold the cover in place are chipping off(mentioned on another post) I'm going to swap the back clear plate for the graphite one that comes with the solo... So I'll end up with a transparent blue face with a graphite back and a spare graphite face for those times I need to portray a more professional look....
