Exclamation VisorPhone Data problems - Help Please

Hey all. I need some help. I finally got myself a VisorPhone a few days back and it wwokrs great. BUT, I find that the phone is turning off itself whenever I use the data services (Surf the web send instant messages etc). Within about 30 seconds of trying to access some kind of data, the phone turn off itself. The netwrok settings in Prefs show that the phone is still connected to the internet but its not. I am wondering if this problem is because of the Visor, a bad phone, a bad SIM Card, Bad Service or a little of everything. T Data is the parimary reason why I got the VisorPhone so I hope I can get this problem fixed.

Here is what I ahve tried so far:

1. Hard reser the Visor.

2. Take out SIM Card and put it back in.

3. Check to make sur that my coverage is good (5 bars).

4. installed the latest Prism updates at Handspring.com.

I am looking forward to your incites on this matter.
