Anyone ever try taking the colored front off of the Visor Deluxe and painting it on the inside, say, with model paint? If so, how'd you do it, and did it work?? (I don't care about my warranty--it's expired.)
If you have a tested method of changing the color of your visor, I'd love to hear it! I'm tired of
I had the same idea for my Ice Visor, haven't tried it yet because it's under warranty still. Take a look at http://albums.photopoint.com/j/Albu...054&a=40678 for a similar project, what I was planning to base mine off of. (Yes, I know that's not a Visor. Same project concept, though). I'll probably get adventurous in a couple weeks and paint mine anyway. If so, I'll post results.

you may want to try something similar to what I did. I took a blue sharpie and coloured the reverse side of my visor. I found it helpful to colour one coat. let it dry, and then colour over it. when the plastic frame was held up to the light, it looked awful, but when i reattached it to the visor, it looked very nice, almost like a Prism . I took some pictures, if anybody wants to see them
