Eyemodule2 - Fatal Alert

When I insert the eyemodule, I get a message that says, "Fatal Alert, Fatal Exception, Reset". I looked at a thread in custom support for Handspring, but that was referring to an error while viewing a corrupted movie. I get the alert before I get into the program. I would appreciate help resolving this problem.

Thanks.

Eyemodule2 Fatal Alerts

I had the same problem a few months ago. Unfortunately, I had to return it. Handspring was cool and they sent me a new one - which had the same problem! They sent me a third one and it works.

One thing that you might try though - delete all the "Burke" files on your unit using PiMover or Filez. These are the eyemodule2 files so you will lose your pics and movies - but it's worth a shot.

Fatal Error

Thanks. I think I've had enough of trying to make this thing work. I've hard reset the visor, but it still doesn't work. I think I'll see if they'll replace it.
