Originally I had purchased a HandSpring Visor Deluxe back in August 2000, it worked great! Then I purchased a HandyGPS from Nexian and it didn't work. I returned the unit and received an even exchange. The new unit didn't work either! Imagine my dismay....this piece of junk! Then I recently came across this article:

Could all of the HandyGPS complaints actually be because of a faulty Visor? I contacted HandSpring and they are issuing me a new Visor and I intend to purchase a new HandyGPS. Let's give it another round...I'll keep you updated!
