I have a coworker who had a Palm III and now uses a Visor. When he tries to hotsync, if the old Datebook and address file is in the backup folder, it crashes the hotsync with a .dll file error. He can move the old file out of the backup file area and it works just fine. He also tried to import the other information using Palm Desktop, but it doesn't allow importation of that file format. Sorry about the generalization as I don't have his laptop and Visor with me here. The Palm Desktop can only import a .dba file, but the ones he has are a .bak and .dat file. Any and all suggestions and advice are appreciated. Thanks!
