Hi,
I was wanting to know how to download
my contacts list in Outlook on my Pc to my
Visor? also Do I need any other software?

You can (should) use the included Pocket Mirror sync app. Else you can purchase another 3rd party app.

Desktop to Go from http://www.dataviz.com allows you to map Outlook fields to the VDX Address book. This way I have home addresses and business address information. Downside is that it costs $49.95. I got it bundled with their Documents to Go. I am on call at work and use it to carry 20 support word/excell docs. Now they are on the VDX. The bundle was $59.95. Was worth it for me.

They have a trial version.
