HELP!

I've recently purchased a GoType keyboard Pro (new) and it's not working.

I've done everything the manual has said. (Shutting it off, turning it on, shifting it to type mode, installing the files, etc.) and it's not detecting the keyboard.

I was able to hotsync, so I know the contacts are fine (and I cleaned them) but still nothing.

What's wrong / what do I need to do?

I don't have one and I am not sure but I heard somewhere you have to have Beam Recieve turned on... or is that off... or maybe I sniffed a lot of paint in my younger days.

I don't suppose you contacted LandWare technical support?
According to the LandWare FAQ the driver needs to be set to "on"; is it?
It also says to turn Beam Receive on.
