OK, I got my visor and installed the software on my laptop last night and everything worked fine. I get into work this morning with my new toy and dock my laptop and and attempt to sync and NADA. Any ideas of what could be wrong?

Try a soft reset of the Visor.

Works for me. Sometimes I sync right off the bat.

Sometimes I don't and then softreset, then I do.

The same thing happens to me. I could sync at first at now nothing. I had to do a hard reboot to get it to work. That worked once.

Now it doesn't work at all, and I have tried everything. Any suggestions?
