In the past couple of days, I have consistently been getting the above error message when trying to Hot Sync my Visor Deluxe. The one change in my system has been the addition of WordSmith (registered; version 1.0d). The error occurs, however, even with Hot Sync set to ignore WordSmith; and after a soft reset; and with hacks not reinstalled after a soft reset.

Any advice would be most welcome.
