-- Replacement Visor Power Button (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=7997)
I just got a replacement BVD from HS support (the top cracked from excessive hard-cover usage...guess its time to buy a case). Anyway, the replacement seems to have a less sensitive power button and small scratches running down the springboard port.
Am I the only one who has experienced this, or is it normal to have variations in replacement units.

Earliest model Visors had a more 'mushy' power button than those made later-say after the first 3 months or so. Sounds as if you got a refurb model. I would complain were it mine.
