Whenever I try to sync my VDX, windows says there's an error and can't load the driver. I've tried removing palm desktop from my workstation and removing the visor device in system properties. Rebooting, then reinstalling the Handspring software. But I get the same error every time. Please help.

Have you downloaded the Windows 2000 Update from Handspring?

I've been using Windows 2000 for months, as well as the Handspring update software since beta. Has anyone else had this problem?
