This was intended as a response to a previous post about a cracked visor.

Well i discovered a cracked in the bottom area on the right side.

In the general area of the screw.

I had a similar response one time with a Playstion customer support. I'm sure they are just trying to figure out how to head off a potential flaw. And it's obvious reprecusions.

Did it cost you money to get the replacement?

MY theory is that there are too few screws in the design to distribute the stress and they are wound up pretty tight.

Or it just cracked.
