Modem error
I have a Visor Platinum along with a Xircom modem.
When I use the modem to connect to Earthlink, it connects and signs on ok, but then after a few seconds I get:
ERROR: Authentication Failure (OX1233)
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions.

Hey, ive tried using Earthlink before...
the problem is your username and password are incorrect...
one thing you should look at is if your username looks like ELN/username
if that doesnt work, reenter the info.

Also try your Earthlink, Mindspring, or Netcom email address as your username, if the above fails.
